Copy Congress. Buy the token, not the stock.
Capitol Gains tracks the stock portfolios U.S. senators and representatives disclose, then mirrors each holding with the top Pons token paired to that stock on Robinhood Chain. One wallet, one approval, the whole basket.

From a filing on the Clerk’s site to a token in your wallet.
Three steps, and the only one you do is the last. Everything before it is public record and public chain state.

Every member who files trades gets a page in the app. Holdings shown here are sample data for the preview; the app reads the live filings.

Every ticker below already has tokens launched against it on Pons. If a member holds something outside this list, the app leaves it out and says so.
$CAPITOL, launched the same way as everything it buys.
The Capitol Gains token is a Pons launch on Robinhood Chain: fixed supply, no reserved allocation, trading from the first block. The contract address will be published on this page and nowhere else first.

Questions people ask before they mirror anything.
Do I own the stock?
No. You own Pons tokens that other people launched and named after the stock. They are not shares, are not backed by shares, and can go to zero. Their price follows attention, not earnings.
Which token counts as the top token?
The Pons token paired to that stock with the highest market cap at the moment you buy. The app resolves it on-chain and shows you every token in the basket before you sign.
Where does the portfolio data come from?
Public STOCK Act filings published by the House Clerk and the Senate Office of Public Records. Members have up to 45 days to file, so a copy is always a delayed copy.
What does a mirror cost?
Gas on Robinhood Chain plus the Pons pool fee of the token you're buying (1%, paid to that token's creator and Pons). Capitol Gains adds no fee to mirrors or copy-trades; the project earns only from trading of its own $CAPITOL token.
Is this affiliated with Robinhood, Pons or Congress?
No. Capitol Gains is an independent project. Robinhood Chain is the network, Pons is the launchpad, and every member named is a public official whose filings are public record.
What if a member holds a stock Pons doesn't pair?
The app skips it and tells you which holdings were left out, so a basket never silently drops a position. Pons currently pairs against 63 stocks.
The filings are public. The tokens are on‑chain. The app is next.
